Greetings ASP,
Sorry for the lack of posting during the past few months..  My
Internet has been down and with the problem finally resolved, I am
trying to get back into the routine of chiming in with the smoke
threads and other related topics of discussion.  Had a nice
Valentine's Day dinner with my girlfriend at a restaurant in downtown
Baltimore called AleWife.  It is a perfect spot for a couple, great
food for the gal and great beer for the guy!!!  On the ride home, I
tried a recent concoction of mine called "Fuller VA Flake".
Basically, I mixed some 2003 Full Va Flake with a little bit of
perique.  The result is a very tasting VaPer that is almost
reminiscent of dark chocolate covered raisins.  I decided to make this
mixture since I have been wanting to find Samuel G's St James Flake
and have been unable to do so.  Since a lot of people claim that SJF
is basically FVF with perique, I figured I could at least mix together
something that would give me an idea of the real deal.  I know a few
of you on here are big fans of FVF and if you happen to have some
decent perique lying around, I would highly recommend experimenting..
It is worth it IMO!  Anyhow, hope everyone else is enjoying some good
baccy this fine evening.
