Now I know that Shrek has given a "pleasant" spin on being a troll,
but this is not how I perceive the particular ones we have to deal
with. These are not just not ugly on the outside, but they are ugly
clean to the bone. Do you see them as the socially inept creatures
who can't manage to match their socks? One I can see as having
homemade tats, probably "love" and "hate" on his knuckles, and
probably has the "Stars & Bars" hanging as a curtain in the 1950s
trailler he calls "home". How do you picture them?
The average Troll, well let's see.
Definately socially inept creatures.
Never had much success with the ladies, probably lived at home with
mum and dad well into his forties, few (or no) friends, doesn't see
members of his family very often, long shaggy (unwashed) hair, poor
dress sense (suit and sandals type of guy) possibly works in IT or
some similar occupation where they don't have to deal with real
people.
Body odour problems, probably vegetarian, sexual preferences include
males, females, dogs, cats, sheep and hampsters.
Did I miss anything?
Yeah that's the ticket. One of them I picture as the Rick Moranis
character in Ghost Busters. The type of guy who has to work at
getting his shirt buttoned right, and probably has part of it tucked
in and part of it out. The other one seems like a trailer park type
with a living room curtain made of a Confederate flag, and the words
"love" and "hate" tatooed on his knuckles. The tats being homemade,
possibly done while a resident of the county jail.
Both with very low self-esteem, or they would find a way to have
positive social relationships, instead of constantly trying to get
attention by being constant irritants.
yeah the picture is filling in nicely.
