Without taking into account the circumstances, that's kind of like
saying the village water bill went up more under the current mayor
than under all his predecessors without mentioning that the fire
department was hosing down the worst forest fire in the history of the
area when he took office.
No, it's not. All of the "stimulus" was wasted money. Not one red
cent of taxpayer money should have been given to corporations.
Without risk, capitalism is lost.
Not to mention how much of the stimulus was forced onto banks that
didn't want it, or how much was given to GM and Chrysler with a net
result of exactly what should have happened in the first place,
Chapter 11.
