The Smoker Ltd and Mel Feldman and Thanks

Point of Interest

Woops and seems like the spelling of my Father is worst that mine
and ,the long story is that my Father who first of all has been a
tobacco Licensed Dealer in the State of New York longier than anyone
and is a Hand Blender and makes everything to order as always. The
State of New York is being hard on him since he is just a mail order
business and since becoming a mail order business in 1999 and a leader
in the rights of Pipe Smokers and has won a few awards for the rights
of Pipe Smokers and not many Pipe Business and Tobacco Business people
can say that , that someone is really fighting for your rights as Pipe
SMoker and just Pipe smokers and i congrats and thanks for that, since
Mel has been around along long time and is one of the elders in the
Pipe Business and follows all of the rules to the tee, always has and
always will, and he fought the fight in the courts and won and it
was'nt cheap either and many would have just quit , but Mel did'nt and
won hands down, and he has been a big big donor of items and to pipe
shows and as i say a Pipe Person and Pipe Tobacco Person only and i
beleive is the most award winning Tobacco Blender and Pipe Person in
the Business and his awards show it , but that is not the point which
is he fought the fight and always has and never knew the work "QUIT"
and never has and it seems like the State of New York just pick a
fight and loss in the Courts and i beleive we all owe him a thanks and
remeber Mel has been around along long time and even I have and 34
years for me in the business and I'am the Son and we may not be the
best spellers and use a spell check, that all of you that have met Mel
know him well and know what he is like and his pure passion for Pipe
and Blending Pipe Tobacco's by hand and let just put it this way he
and i remeber when Mark Tinsky was just learning how to make Pipes and
riding his Bike around selling them and had hair, Both My Father and
myself have watched all most all of the pipes makers get started and
help in one way or other, Jimmy Cooke, Trevor Talbert, Al Baiuer, Curt
Rollar, Mike Butera, Michael Frey and have met almost all of the
overseas Pipe Makers at one time or another, and it is just not a
business, but a love for Pipes and Tobacco's, and a way of life for my
Father and just his Knowledge of Pipes is amazing for he has seen them
all and started selling tobacco when it was $3.15 a pound and Barling
Pre-Trans where about $5.00 each and how many Pipe Business can say
that one
