As far as a VaPer from C&D, I'd go with Three Friars.
I loved it fresh so I put some away for storage. I'm sitting here looking at a pint jar of Three Friars from 12-'97, it is pure ambrosia!!!

I'll second the Three Friars recommendation. A fine vaper. I also like Night Train, a pressed cake with a little Cavendish; and Briar Fox is a nice straight VA pressed cake.
