Sunday morning boy I slept in this morning. Refurbished with a good
nights sleep scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy and hot coffee and
now this wonderful Plumcake Navy Blend from MacBaren . I have been
amazed that this Virginia blend doesn't burn my tongue . I have been
smoking this for two days in a large bowl meerscham. I have been very
cautious not to let the bowl get too hot. Remembering our discussion
last week on temperature and flavor. Usually I smoke Virginias in a
very small bowl so I wouldn't smoke it too long thinking that the
amount of time had something to to with the bite. Many of you are
virginia hounds . what think you?
