I am also on the west coast and it takes almost two weeks if they ship it
when you order it. The last order took so long I had to email them to find
out they were holding the order for some missing items but did not tell me.
It took 4 weeks to receive it.

I live on the West Coast, I placed an order 10 days ago, it's not here
yet.
Furthermore, no one is there to answer the phone on weekends, I had a
question about the order and left a message, no one returned my call.

Not to whine--just the way it is.
