Tobacco Cellar Bailout Plan

Dear Mr. Paulson,
Since disposal of the $700 billion bailout loan will be completely at
your discretion, please consider my request to ensure the continued
solvency of my tobacco cellar. As you will need not worry about
verifying the following figures, you can take my word for it that the
list of goods presented here represents only my personal share of the
debt you are incurring in my name, about $2350.
3 Lb. each of MacBaren Mixture Scottish and Vanilla Cream Loose Cut;
2 Lb. each of Nightcap, My Mixture 965, Early Morning Pipe, Full
Virginia Flake, Squadron Leader, Best Brown Flake, 1792 Flake, Haddo's
Delight, Barbary Coast, Odyssey, MacBaren Navy Flake, and Plumcake;
1.5 Lb. each of Stonehaven and Penzance;
1 Lb. each of Hal O' the Wynd, Old Gowrie, and Marlin Flake;
12 tins of University Flake,
9 of Bob's Chocolate Flake,
8 each of Royal Yacht and London Mixture,
7 of Frog Morton on the Town,
6 each of Frog Morton, Escudo Navy Deluxe, Dark Star, Erinmore Flake,
and Golden Sliced (red); and
4 tubs of Carter Hall and
3 of Prince Albert.
Of course, I would graciously accept it if, in your infinite wisdom,
you decide instead to purchase a like amount of worthless real estate
securities.

So, what are you giving up to bail out Wall Street?
In working out what to put in my tobacco cellar, I did some analysis
of the most popular 3- and 4-star blends on tobaccoreviews.com crossed
with current online prices using the greatest bulk or case discounts I
could find easily. The resulting spreadsheet makes it easy to make
this kind of pipe tobacco list for a given budget, which could be
helpful if you're stocking a retail smoking lounge or something
similar. The quantities shown in this list were calculated using
'dollar-cost averaging' of $70-worth of each blend rounded to whole
bulk quantity units. Since the 5-Lb. bulk packages of McClelland 2015
and 5100 are priced greater than $140 (twice the cutoff), the
calculated quantities round to zero quantities and so are not listed.
