Too much fun! yea, i can imagine that Peter is a great guy to hang
out with. And being paid in pipes? I mean how else could you be
paid??? That'd be a totally non-issue for me. i used to work at
Smokers haven in Columbus ohio and i hardly ever took home cash or
check. It was all in Briar or tobacco. heck, i'd have worked there
for free! But don't tell premal that. he might take me up on the
offer.

I know what you mean about having some one with differing views to
chat with. Those are often the most fun discussions to have. I have
an uncle who is a professor at a liberal arts college in Texas. We
couldn't be too much father apart on most issues. And yet we so very
much look forward to the time we get to spend together once a year at
our family reunion. Just too much fun! And like all good debates, in
the end we at least understand where the other is coming from.
perhaps still disagree, perhaps not. but we know why we each buy into
the particular subject.

It doesn't bring much money though, but most of the time I'm paid in
pipes, so I'm as satisfied as can be!!

When I am on a house call to Peter, that should take no more than 10
minutes, it ends up with a few hours of talking pipes, prices,
tobaccos and - especially - politics!
Peter Heeschen and I are far away from each other on many political
matters, but that's just whats life's about, right?
A good and sober discussion is the key to the next door in the
hallway ;-)
