Another illustrative example of how a society's values degenerate when
virtue is abandoned in favor of self-esteem. The surrender of personal
responsibility inevitably leads to a condition where every Bad Thing is
always seen as somebody else's fault. That woman shouldn't even be
allowed to file such a lawsuit. I don't care what 'social science' has
to say about it, gambling is no more an addiction than foolishness is a
disease. Bah! :-(

I suppose you think ADHD children should be soundly thrashed each day
when they misbehave? That the mentally ill should 'get over it'? A
