McCranies has the overal cheapest I have found (including shipping). JR's
is actually cheaper per package, but their shipping charges make them more
expensive overall. If you are buying 5 other items from JR then it's worth
it to ADD pipe cleaners to your order, once you reach the 50 cent per item
shipping charge you can get them a bit cheaper this way, but McCranies or
Joes is really the best.
