you did not comment on a *single* item that Milloy brings to the table
as a matter of science.
I am not qualified to debate the science involved in global warming. I
am, however, able to evaluate whether a participant's opinions in that
Then you are also not competent to make a judgement as to who is- and

poltitical soul to buy into the current GW = bad = fact theology of

true.
debate are worthy of consideration. Milloy's, as a paid consultant for
ExxonMobile (a corporation who has a vested outcome in the debate),
aren't.
Spoken like the True Apostle of <Fill in your favorite Religion>. You
already said you don't understand the science. How can you have a
meaningful opinion about who says *anything* about them. Your political
axe is showing.
Instead we get "whoooo the eeeevvvvviiiilllll
corporation and its lackeys cannot be trusted". (As opposed to the
earth worshipping morons that make up the environmentalist movement.)
Typical right-wing Hyperbole and Hystrionics.
Unfortunately for you I am not even slightly right-wing, especially in this
matter. The right is just as dumb on the left when it comes to the who
GW thing. The left sees it as an excuse to attack Western dominance due
to capitalism no matter what the science actually can demonstrate. The Right
doesn't care what the science says either and just denies everything.
My training is in mathematics and science. I want *evidence* and I want
it to have some perponderance of support before I buy it. Such evidence is
currently not displayed as regards to the claim that "GW is bad and humans
are causing it."
If and when we see such compelling evidence, I shall join the baying of the
environmental religionists - I'll just be doing it for a rational reason
instead of wanting to be one with the Moose...
