As mentioned, the manual should be on the web, at the manufacturer's website.
The router is usually at address 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1,
the usual admin login is admin, and the default password may
be admin, null (hit return), password, or whatever the manufacturer sets it to.
But you may have to reset the router to its factory defaults,
as the previous user may have changed the address, login, and
password to suit his personal preferences. This usually involves shoving a pen point or paperclip wire into a little
hole somewhere, but best to get and read the manual for instructions.
