I've been ordering tobacco right along...never a problem.

You said earlier that you've been buying from this outfit for some
time. Think about that. You're buying from the company, not from Joe
Blow the salesguy. You don't have a problem with the company, you have
a problem with Joe Blow. Go over his head and speak to an
owner/manager. In my humble opinion, you owe that much to the business
with whom you've been happily dealing. If you are still not satisfied
after taking it to a higher level, jump ship with a clear conscience.

When I owned a restaurant, the thing that galled me most was to hear,
after the fact, of a diner who was dissatified with their meal, their
service, the check, or whatever, and opted not to do the fair and
sensibnle thing - tell me or someone in management who can do something
about their problem - and chose to do the far more damaging thing for
all concerned, which is to vow never to return but nonetheless shoot
their mouths off to anyone who'll listen, none of whom can do a God
damned thing to help them.

Please, give someone with a stake in the business the opportunity to
solve your problem before you make the decision to cut and run.
