site...no response. The second was a hello, are you there e-mail...no
answer. The third was yesterday, albeit Sunday, when I know there's no

Did I check to see if the person was there or away on vacation...of
course...the person is there and, based on the person who answered the
telephone, has been there. Now, this does bother me. OK, ignore me,
that's fine, but don't expect to ever have me do any further business
with you.
Is this the first time I wrote? No. Have I done business with them
before? You bet, and for me it was extensive...buying and selling
pipes, not to say the ten plus tobacco orders I've given them.
So, that's the end of my ranting. Sorry to dump on you kind folks,
but this annoys me to no end. How can any e-tailer expect to stay in
business when their staff ignores e-mails from
it's customers? Now, if I do get a response from this person, it's
clearly because they either saw this posting or was told about it.
Doesn't matter to me anymore, my custom will go elsewhere.

Answer is simple. Stop doing business with them. Example: In December
04 - January 05 I had ordered a fairly substantial (for me) quantity
of Bohemian Scandal from a B & M that has a rather large E-tail setup.
I never received any and was never billed for it. Of course duirng a
phone discussion with the owner, he said it had been an oversight; he
had one 8 oz tin left in the back and said it would be in the mail to
me stat. That was never received. Since that time, I have probably
bought more than $2,000.00 in tobacco from e-tailers ... not an ounce
from this fellow.

Did I bitch to him or otherwise piss and moan after that follow up
phone call? Nope. Just changed my short list of folks with whom I do
business. I figured I'd jsut get another run around as I did that time.
