Dear Tony:
You and me both, with toxic weed and alcohol.
I understand that the Gov. has a private tent pitched behind the
Capital in Sacramento, where he can smoke his illegal Cuban cigars,
without violating the "law". I also understand from a friend who knows
him that he is one of the cheapest folks around. My friend, when they
first met, offered Mr. S, who wasn't govenor yet, a good Cuban cigar.
He took it, fired it up and mooched 3 more, for "later".
