Sorry Fred, I have absolutely nothing to do with the lighters. I just
tried to help by giving you a link that I thought would have answered
your questions. If you scroll *all the way* to the bottom of that
page, you'll find the easy instructions on how to get one.

Bert Olton, the guy who started this thread, is the person who
organizes all of this and is the contact person. But it's a big job
and he probably can't email everyone with the same instructions -
hence the link. Maybe he'll also post the instructions to the group
when he's ready to take orders for them, I don't know. Right now,
he's just taking a vote on the new design.
