My guess is they (bar "lobby" )didn't sufficiently grease the right palms
whereas the bowling alley guys did. Maybe one of the Councilmen's
Brother_In_Law owns some lanes and doesn't want to give up the business.This
will make bowling alley bars quite popular, won't it?
All this is ,of course just the beginning. Ohio,it would appear, is set to
have a vote next November on a statewide ban. See, that way, those
'enlightend" souls that ban it now won't have to worry about business
suffering because they don't allow smoking. You simply will have no private
property rights statewide! Such a wonderful, wonderful deal! Coming this
November to a ballot box near you!You can vote away the rights of others! It
is for their own good after all. I want to hurl.
