COUGH!
Hotels I can see, what with having smoking and non-smoking rooms,
tobacco shops certainly, private clubs absolutely and racetracks which
are probably indoor/outdoor affairs, that makes sense, too. But why in
the world would bowling alleys, which presumably host many families and
kids in general, be exempt whilst bars, which presumably host many
gin-swilling malcontents and reprobates - my kind of bars do, anyway -
are not?
