Negative.

My thinking was: the "right" to smoke anywhere, under any condition, is
no more a "human right" than the education of Intelligent Design is
improving the quality of education. I selected this particular example
since kilted1 was bashing the state which probably does more good and
contributes more to this nation than any other state in the Union. And
I thought to myself, "Hmm. What's the rank opposite of the
California-with-a-K stereotype? Oh, yeah..."
