Do you have an FTP program (cuteftp) on Frontpage by (ugg) microsoft?

I could host a subdomain on my webhost, and setup an ftp account so you
could upload the the subdomain.

Think up a name, and we could setit up.

you could also goto www.carolhost.com and sign up your self to host the
website.

I´m thinking about starting a baccy sample swapping page on the web.
Anyone interested in a bit of swapping could leave his name, email addy
and a list of those baccies he usually smokes/has on stock, or weeds he
likes to share or trade with fellow puffers all over the planet.
Codewise I´d need something like a small database? or a set of
files/entries that could easily be updated or modified by
authorized/registered users, nothing too special (hopefully). No
beezness, just plain old fun. I´m swapping baccy samples and teas all
over the globe for about 2 years now and enjoy it immensely.

Does anybody know if there are any free preprogrammed apps/applets
available on the web or what would be a good starting point to code a
page like this ? I know a bit of html but Java, databases & stuff is a
different world for me.
