Mr Diem,
I have cancer, heart problems, high cholesterol, and depression in my
genes. I try to moderate everything I consider a vice; like smoking &
drinking. That's really the only precuations I take. 2-3 bowls a week
and maybe 1-2 cigars a month shouldn't push the envelope too bad.
