It's not a level playing field when the med-mal issues are added. The
USoA is under a med-mal legal gun which increases the cost of medical
care dramatically.

It's true that the mass torts system is particularly diseased in the US.
But that is part of the overall healthcare system that is also worse
than the rest of the first world.
