Agreed. If we're going to talk about the way Canadian Health Care sucks and should be improved, then we should also talk about the way US health care sucks and should be improved.

I think you've seen most of us agree that this is a serious downside of the US system, and needs not just a few tweaks but a complete rewrite from scratch in order to fix it.

Sadly, too many people feel that they benefit from the current malpractice system. (These same people are hoping to win the lottery or big jackpot at slot machines, and don't quite understand how the system is designed for them to lose.)
