Nope, that's a burden from the rich. If the poor aren't
taken care of, they'll rise up and make life bad for the
rich. So the cost of simple services for the poor should
be charged to the account of the rich.
Schools? Well, the TRULY rich use private schools
Again, the taxes are used for the benefit of the rich:
Keeping the pesky, smelly poor away from their good schools.
Etc.
You can argue both sides of the "who consumes more" issue and never come to
agreement so why not assume their equal and have everybody pay the same.
