USoAer's are not ready for Socialized Medicine. We do not like
restrained care (no dialysis after age 80, etc.), or waiting for

Even tort reform, however helpful, will not solve this. You're
stuck in a spiral of cost rises, and something will have to give
before long. People will have to ask themselves hard questions
and will have to change their demands and expectations.

What has to give is the onerous government regulation that absorbs 40% of every health care dollar spent.
