Well, let's see; the employer is responsible for the insurance (all employees get on the carrier) for the employee, and various coverage's are MANDATED.
Why would someone hire an employee that they KNOW is going to cost a whole bunch more than just the wages/salary that would normally go to a comparable new hire?
