Yes, I do, and I'm very thankful for that. I don't see how *anyone*
who lives in America could hold the view that "the world is a
shithole".

Go live on a reservation for a while. Or rural, coal-mining Kentucky. Or
the Gulf of Mexico right now. There's a lot of people out there treating
other people like shit for a buck. That's what makes the world a
shithole.
