No @#$% way I'd smoke anything after what that stuff does to my

If you're really going to smoke, I'd HIGHLY recommend the mildest
thing you've got. It's a good night to dig deep for that Buttera or
whatever.
You will feel drained (literally! ;), and I just can't imagine even
the smallest amount of nicotine on an empty stomache, empty small
intestine, empty large intestine and empty everything else.

Oh, and gatoraide will help put some of the nice chemicals back into
you.
Also: the little (8oz, right?) bottle of tastes-like-shit stuff that
they want you to mix with 64 ox of water?! The water is good --
important, even -- but I'd not drink it with that crap-tasting stuff.
Make the stuff they give you into small ice cubes, do your best to pop
those without tasting them, and flush down with oodles of water.

My previous physician believed in the Sigmoid Flex one.

I only had to drink a pint of stuff the same morning.

Don't know if I'll have time to try the ice cube bit but maybe some crushed
ice will help?

I did get some Gatorade.

I've got some old Cuesta Reys...they're very mild as I recall. I'll see how
I'm feeling.
