No it's not, you're right. I'm speaking of consensus among historical
scholars, who drew their data from sources outside the biblical
account.

What data sources would that be?

Aside from Josephus's three sentence account (most likely a forgery in
copying from the original), there is NOTHING in historical records.

There certainly must be something there for the scholars to be
researching.
