Joe imagines that a lot of legal citizens will suddenly be stopped for
no reason other than that they have a nice tan and dark hair. While I'm
certain that we'll hear an anecdote or two to that effect (where would
the press be without SOME shit-stirring?!), I'd be willing to bet that
occurrances of this sort of harassment will not increase in any
measurable way.

Officer (to me): "Excuse me sir."

Me (with an upstate NY accent): "Yes officer".

Or me: "What can I do fer' y'all?"
Officer: "Oh never mind."
