Neither is unbiased and both are going to poll people who can make whatever point they're trying to make.
You could say that about any poll.
My opinion of Palin in the next presidential election is she's no threat to anyone but the Republicans. Like Ross Perot, if she makes it to the final election as a third party candidate she may have the ability to split the right just enough to give the left another win.
