I can see a decent pension when an employee retires. But, the "3
percent at 50" is way too much. I would find it difficult to believe
that this size of pension is not the norm for a government employee
anywhere else in the world. But, I could be wrong.
I don't know if it's the norm elsewhere, but it's absurd in the extreme.
