I was there and it sucked.

What did you expect after 10 years in Vietnam? The whole country was a mess
not only financially but in every other way., And that was not Carter's
fault. You don't remember how Gerald Ford tried to fix the whole mess by
handing out free WIN buttons? Fat lot of good that did.
