And they will get it, too.

Even funnier is that the one thing that you know is one
fact coupled with one wild speculation, which means that
50% of "all you know" is wrong. Yes, they trying to shut
down re-importation. Is it "so that Americans will be stuck...?
or is it because then they can negotiate more cleanly with
Canada.
