The Left's behavior towards Palin is not politics as usual. By their
laser-focus on her body and her sexuality, leftists are defiling her.
I love how some folks on the right will, on one hand, castigate the left
for its supposedly cult-like following of Obama, yet on the other hand
ardently proclaim their adoration of personality-driven mediocrities
such as Sarah Palin and Michelle Bachmann.
The left goes after Palin because we honestly cannot believe that anyone
of critical thought can support this media creature whose interest is
solely her own fame and fortune.
Her actions do not support this conclusion. You're thinking of the
ONE. He is clearly interested only in what's in it for him.
We worry that there is a groundswell of
devotion to her, despite her superficial and irresponsible views and
actions. We mock her because she is the symbol of everything that has
gone wrong with the Republican party.
Yes, personal responsibility is so passe'.
We don't actually think she could.
win anything now, even if she were interested in running (which she is
probably not); but we have that tiny little tinge of uncertainty that is
part of being Democrats.
