No and they don't in socialized systems either. That myth continues to
survive despite clear evidence to the contrary. Do patients in the US get
bypass surgery at all if they don't have insurance and have not the 100-200K
to pay for it? What they would do in that case (if they had some money at
all) is probably go to India for treatment. What you do not see though is
people from all those socialized medicine countries flocking to India for
treatment. I consider that a clue.
