That's definitely a worry, as I get older. Luckily, I'm still in
excellent health, normal numbers across the board. So, rather than
eliminating something I love to eat, and setting myself up for
failure, I reduce it, and excersize more... Seems to be the more
reasonable way to lose weight and stay healthy...
You probably already have it. Diabetes is diagnosed late in most cases.
I appreciate your concern, but don't share it. There's a little bit
of history of diabetes in my father's family, so it's something I
watch for closely, along with my doctor.
My father also recently had 12 polyps removed, and a couple of those
had pre-cancerous cells, so now I get something else to watch for,
along with much earlier colonoscopies... Yayyyy... ;-)
Neither did Houdini and look where it got him.
Punched in the gut?
I have to act fast. Lib single woimen recently divorced are actually quite
rare, here in the blueness of CA. Bitter or not, they are scarce as hens
teeth, most being happily married, content and holding down professional
ccarriers while raising well mannered and polite children concerned with the
plight of their fellow humans. Repug chicks, everywhere you look. But
what's the point?
They look good, and can provide interesting conversation, if you
should happen to like someone that doesn't parrot everything you
believe in... To be honest, my wife is a little bit on the leftie
side, though not quite to the standard of today's liberal...
