Back when I started smoking cigars and ASCing, I started trying to learn
about Cuban cigars.  I determined that I need to try a Monte #4, as the
archetypical Cuban.

I got my first one on a cruise in the Carribean. I bought it at a drugstore
during a stop.  I checked for the triple cap like I learned on Cigar Nexus.
Damn I enjoyed smoking that on the deck of the ship.  OK, it was probably
fake, but, so what?

I've had a few more over the years on European trips or gifts.  But, I
never got around to buying a box.  There was always some other stick that
Dan or Hutch or Micky was bragging about and I bought them instead.

So, I finally ordered a box from one of the usual sources.  It arrived
Friday.

Now, I know a box from SEP 08 should be aged and that, I should let them
rest from their travels.  But, I had to try one.  What a mouth puckering
joy!  I had a lovely afternoon.
