Although I agree with much of the statement, I get really irked with
who profess to blur the important line between the separation of
Church and State which our founding fathers so ardently in favor of.
They might as well have Islamic law.

There is no "separation of church and state" in the Constitution.

"Congress shall pass no law respecting an establishment of religion."
SOunds so vague, doesn't it?

There is the Establishment Clause. And the protection of innocent human
life is beyond any religion and firmly in the realm of natural law (upon
which our Republic was founded).

Innocent life that has yet to emerge from the womb, you mean.

No, I said precisely what I meant. You know, words to mean things. Oh,
that's right. You're a Democrat. Most of us use words to clarify. You
use them for the opposite purpose.

If you think a bunch of deists formed a system of government and law on
*your* god, what point is there to even try? You can make yourself believe
anything.
