Uncle Sam invited me down for a job interview in 1969 but decided he didn't
want me either.
My grandfather was in WWI, my dad was a flight instructor in WWII, I was born
during the Korean war, got a draft notice during 'Nam and have a nephew with
4 tours in Iraq under his belt. There's gotta be a better way to settle our
differences.

Indeed, reason and persuasion are ideal and thereby preferred, but
unfortunately, much of the world didn't get that memo.
