I gave you a simpole physics question you got it completely wrong.
Sorry
dude, come back to me after you get a masters in climate physics. Then
I'll
listen to you. UNtil then, I'll listen to those who already have one
and
more on top of that.
How many Masters in Climate Physics does Al Gore have?
He is a spokesperson for the science. That is all. The very fact you
even
know about it is because of your visceral hatred of the man. So in that
respect he has been quite successful. Mike claims to be a scientist and
is
so confident of his prowess he makes a boob of himself writing
authoritative
letters to his representatives hoping to set them straight. Any attempts
to
show he is not qualified get the same response i.e. "appeal to
authority."
Yeah well when I am sick I kind of like an authority to help me. And
when
the planet is sick, it needs an authority too.
In other words, Mike is every bit the authority on the subject that Al
is?
Gore is far more knowledgeable. But if you would take the tim to read his
book you might better understand his perspective.
I have read his book, and watched his documentary, and found them to
be little more than comedies...
And you have a bit of a problem in your response, Paul. I do not have
a visceral hate of any man on this planet. I am far too lazy to hate.
I may consider Gore a bit of a goofball, but if I ever ran into him at
the private airstrip, I'd shake his hand and offer him a drink and a
fine cigar, and sit down to chat with him if he had time.
Didn't Tony Soprano say that in one episode?
Couldn't tell you, but it doesn't change the fact that it is true...
I might disagree with nearly every one of his opinions, but that is
what makes for the most interesting conversation, IMO...
He speaks all over the country and NY is a frequent destination. Have at
it.
I think access is the major issue there... ;-)
