What you say is true, but I do not believe it contradicts what Joe was
saying. In a semi-useless (but useful, if it clicks for you)
restatement, I think Joe is saying "people think they way they think.
If you spent your whole life doing logic, you can't very well switch to
psychosis just to help the conversation along."
