That's what makes it hard. Haliburton seems to have
quite a few guns. And seems to be collecting lots
of taxes from me.

want to know is why getting a huge goverment contract
isn't tantamount to collecting taxes.)
Because with a contract, they are required to provide goods and/or
services to the government. Then they are required to pay taxes on
*that* income.
With taxes the government just takes your money at gunpoint, more like
a mugging.
