I guess it makes sense. I mean, the top 1% is easily worth 20x what a
50th-%ile-er is worth, productivity & salary wise. I guess I just never
really thought about it or saw it on a graph, before...

Is that inclusive or exclusive of such incredibly productive and
well-remunerated people as professional athletes, or the heirs to large
fortunes?
