Black bag operations traced to Texas

No, it wasn't Bush, it was Mickey The Wonderdog.

The Black Bag, contained inside a cover package, was deposited, in a street
side metal box.

It contained mucho goodies including some nuclear devices (i.e., south of
Florida). Another device that will have to be defused is an particular RP
ten year detonator.

Upon proper defusing any and all devices they will be properly disposed of
in an appropriate ashtray...a bit at a time.

Retaliation is planned!
