Yes, quite true. A Fish that has fins and scales is always kosher.
Hence shellfish is never kosher. But in general, if the sushi fish
has fins and scales, it's kosher. So the general sushi (i.e.,
yellowtail tuna, salmon, red tuna, mackeral) is always kosher. Now,
the rice could not have touched anything traife. The giant clam,
shrimp, scallop, eel, etc. are of course never kosher.
