Nothing, in and of itself. But being wealthy and then attempting to
use class envy to secure people's votes is hypocritical.

No more hypocritical than trying to garner votes by appealing to prejudices,
fears or greed. All parties are equally guilty in that regard; only their
choice of emotional trigger differs.

It most certainly is more hypocritical. I said "hypocritical", not
"reprehensible" or "shameful".

It is the height of hypocrisy for someone like Edwards, who is a
multimillionaire, to attack the wealthy in this country for political
gain.

It is hypocritical for liberals and Democrats to claim the Republicans
are the "party of the wealthy". when in fact, the Democrats are. The
Democrats have labored long and hard to create that false impression,
when the actual FACTS tell a completely different story.
