I have sent my Xicar in for sharpening twice... both times I got back
a "brand new" reconditioned cutter. I can't say enough good things
about their customer service.
Hey Mickey, how many cigars do you have to cut to dull it to the point of it
needing sharpening not once, but twice? You're not a Mohel by any chance?
