[OT] Overworked congress -- equal time
To be fair, if any of us had the opportunity to gather with our
co-workers and vote on whether or not to shorten our work-week, take
longer vacations and raise our pay, I'd be happy to give odds on the
"cigar and a dollar" bet as to how it would turn out...
